What happens after you reach out
It usually starts with a 20- to 30-minute call. We'll ask about your business, how your books are handled today, what filings you might be behind on, and what kind of support you actually need.
If it's a fit, we'll send you a clear proposal with a flat fee so you know what's included and what it costs before any work starts.
Once you're set up, onboarding usually takes about a week. We collect CRA authorization, review prior-year filings, set up your bookkeeping file, and introduce you to the team handling your work. From there, one firm can manage your books, HST, payroll, T2, and T1 with senior review before anything is filed.
